These Terms of Service govern your use of Astrobot, a WhatsApp-based Vedic astrology service. By using Astrobot, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astrobot through WhatsApp or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Astrobot reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

About the Service

Astrobot is a WhatsApp-based astrology assistant powered by Vedic Indian astrology principles and AI technology. The service provides:

Daily and weekly Vedic astrology predictions
Planetary transit alerts (Sani Peyarchi, Rahu–Ketu, etc.)
Marriage horoscope matching (Kundali Milan)
Astrology Q&A powered by Google Gemini AI
Personalised readings in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any astrological predictions
Predictions are based on traditional Vedic astrology principles and AI interpretation
Future events cannot be predicted with certainty — all content is for guidance only

By using Astrobot, you acknowledge the entertainment and spiritual nature of astrology services.

AI-Powered Responses

Astrobot uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate
Responses are based on Vedic astrology principles but are not from a licensed astrologer
Astrobot is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
You should exercise your own judgment when interpreting any astrological guidance

Section 05

User Responsibilities

When using Astrobot, you agree to:

Provide accurate birth details for marriage matching and personal readings
Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not use the service to harass, harm, or deceive others
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our service
Not share your WhatsApp session with others for commercial gain

Section 06

Subscription & Payments

Free Tier

Astrobot offers a free tier with limited daily interactions, including limited horoscope updates and astrology Q&A questions per day.

Paid Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

Marriage Matching Package

Marriage Matching may be offered as a separate one-time purchase. Results are for guidance only and do not constitute a professional matchmaking service.

Section 07

Messaging & Communication

By using Astrobot, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages including daily predictions, responses to your questions, service notifications, and billing updates.

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. To resubscribe, reply START.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content, predictions, reports, and materials provided by Astrobot are our intellectual property. You may not:

Reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
Use our content for commercial purposes
Claim ownership of AI-generated responses delivered through our service

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrobot shall not be liable for:

Any decisions made based on astrological predictions or AI responses
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities arising from use of the service
Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Section 10

Third-Party Services

Astrobot integrates with trusted third-party services:

WhatsApp / Meta — for message delivery
Google Gemini API — for AI-powered astrology responses
Prokerala API — for astrological calculations and marriage matching
Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage

We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

Section 11

Termination

Astrobot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent behaviour.

You may terminate your use at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe.

Section 12

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp or updated documentation. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
